Case: Study guides promise support in the search for studies. The data must be maintained by the universities in approx. 50 systems. The university websites already have this data available. Uniform labelling could lead to considerable savings.
Solution: Prospective students access the federated data of the study programmes of a subject domain via an app. The data is maintained decentrally by those responsible at the universities. Subject areas and qualification profiles become transparent.
Findings from the project: A semantic label Web-Content, which is stored structured in the CMS, can be achieved by simple additions in the page templates. Experience has also been gained in the semantic text analysis of module catalogs, which are useful in the new digital module catalogs project.
