Case: Module catalogues are one of the most important documents about courses of study at universities. They meet the valid information needs of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The systems currently in use only inadequately meet the requirements for module catalogues.
Solution: The combination of all data and information to module descriptions in a knowledge graph ensures data consistency throughout the university and offers a flexible hub between digital teaching and digital campus management.
Next steps & cooperations: Within the framework of the EKGI course, prototypical research of the system to be developed will be continued from WiSe2019/20 onwards. Here we cooperate with the eccenca GmbH in Leipzig and with the University of Economics in Katowice. At the same time, further project partners and financing options are being sought.
